Evaluasi kemampuan manajerial melalui studi kasus, presentasi, Group Discussion, dan In-Tray.


  • PERSONAL ABILITY TEST

Evaluasi penguasaan teknis bidang pekerjaan, antara lain:

  • RECRUITMENT ON SITE

Program penempatan staf konsultan rekrutmen profesional yang berpengalaman di perusahaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dengan tujuan membantu aktivitas rekrutmen seleksi klien.


  • ORIENTATION PROGRAM

Program pengenalan dan sosialisasi karyawan baru terhadap pekerjaan, lingkungan dan perusahaan. Selanjutnya melakukan pembinaan dan penilaian secara berkala serta melakukan konsultasi dan feedback perbaikan selama masa orientasi.


  • PERHITUNGAN/PENETAPAN FORMASI TENAGA KERJA

Melakukan proses evaluasi, pengamatan dan analisis suatu kegiatan kerja, yang dilakukan dengan serangkaian metode tertentu yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam penetapan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja dalam suatu proses bisnis, sehingga suatu kegiatan kerja dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien.

Program yang dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan competency masing-masing jabatan melalui metode survey, wawancara, kuesioner dan analisa dokumen terkait jabatannya.


  • COMPETENCY AUDIT

Memotret kompetensi calon pemimpin serta membandingkan-nya dengan penilaian kinerja melalui metode asesmen centre dan multi rater, sehingga dapat membantu merencanakan suksesi, promosi dan perencanaan karir.
